关于举办2021年“ACD框架下绿色生态安全储粮技术研修班”的通知

为进一步巩固我国与ACD成员国已搭建的绿色生态储粮技术合作交流平台，推进粮食领域先进技术的合作、共享与发展，国家粮食和物资储备局科学研究院定于11月11日至11月16日（2021年“ACD绿色生态储粮技术研修班”日程安排见附件1 ）在山东滨州举办2021年亚洲区域合作专项资金项目“ACD框架下绿色生态安全储粮技术研修班”（以下简称“ACD研修班”）。

2021年ACD研修班以节粮减损为主题，针对大多数ACD国家面临粮食储藏的管理和技术需求，介绍中国粮食产业化发展的理念、模式和先进技术。现诚邀中国涉粮高校在读ACD成员国学生（以下简称“ACD国际生”）、中国境内粮食相关国际组织人员、及我国粮食相关的政府管理部门、科研机构、企业单位等相关人员参加。

一、基本情况

本届研修班不收取任何培训费，培训人数不超过35人。其中ACD国际生和中国境内粮食相关国际组织人员15-25人（按报名顺序择优选取），资助一次国内往返交通费及培训期间食宿费；我国粮食相关的政府管理部门、科研机构、企业单位等相关人员5-10人，往返交通费及培训期间食宿费需自理。

二、ACD国际生申请条件

    申请人需满足以下三个条件：

1.身体健康且为中国高校ACD国家留学生，现居中国境内。

2.年龄在18周岁以上（2003年1月1日以前出生），专业为农业工程、食品工程、农产品加工与贮藏、植物保护等粮食储藏与运输相关。

3.持有效外国护照。

三、申请时间

即日起至2021年10月25日。

四、申请受理

1.符合条件的ACD国际生申请人填写申请表（附件2）。有关高校或研究院所负责人统一将申请表于2021年10月25日前发送至会务组邮箱xdr@ags.ac.cn，推选单位需对申请人的思想、品行学风等严格把关。

2.中国境内粮食相关国际组织人员、我国粮食相关的政府管理部门、科研机构、企业单位等相关人员请填写参会回执（附件3），并于2021年10月25日前发送至会务组邮箱xdr@ags.ac.cn。

五、评审与录取

国家粮食和物资储备局科学研究院对申请材料进行审核，确定候选人后，通过邮件通知申请人本人，并在官方网站发布公告（http://www.ags.ac.cn/）。

六、线上培训

有关培训内容将在线上免费开放。线上培训采用注册会员制，请于11月25日前通过访问国家粮食和物资储备局科学研究院官网（http://www.ags.ac.cn/）进行注册、登录，线上人数不限。注册后，学员可在2021年11月25日至12月30日期间随时登录观看相关课程，并可以给相应课程的授课专家在线留言或发邮件。

Notice of 2021 " Green Ecological Grain Storage Technology Training Workshop for ACD Countries"

 

To whom it may concern,

In order to strengthen cooperation of the green and ecological grain storage technology between China and other ACD countries and to develop the advanced technologies in the grain field, Academy of National Food and Strategic Reserves Administration is scheduled to be held 2021 Asia Regional Cooperation Special Fund Project “Green Ecological Grain Storage Technology Training Workshop for ACD Countries " (hereinafter referred to as "ACD Training") in Binzhou, Shandong from Nov 11th to Nov 16th, 2021 (attachment 1).

The theme of the ACD Training in 2021 is food loss and waste. Based on the administrative and technical needs of grain storage in most ACD countries, this training introduces the concepts, patterns, and advanced technologies of China's grain industrialization development. We sincerely invite food-related international students from ACD member countries studied in universities of China (hereinafter referred to as "ACD international students"), food-related personnel of international organization in China, and food-related personnel of government administration, institutes and enterprises to attend the training.

1. Basic information

The training course is free and the number of trainees does not exceed 35.

Among them, 15-25 trainees are ACD international students (select excellent applicants according to the order of registration) and food-related personnel of international organizations in China. One domestic round-trip transportation and accommodation during the training period will be supported;

5-10 trainees are food-related personnel from government administration, institutes and enterprises. The transportation and accommodation during the training will not be supported.

2. Eligibility of ACD international students

a)       Applicants should be international students from ACD countries and currently living in China;

b)      Applicants should be over the age of 18 (Born before January 1st, 2003), studying in agricultural engineering, food engineering, agricultural product processing and storage, plant protection and other food storage and transportation majors;

c)       Applicants should be holding a valid foreign passport;

3. When to Apply

From now until October 25th, 2021

4. Application Procedure

a)       For ACD international students, qualified applicants fill in the application form (attachment 2); The person in charge of the college or institute shall send the qualified application form to xdr@ags.ac.cn before October 25th, 2021; The person in charge of the college or institute shall strictly review the applicant's political thoughts and behavior, then fill in the opinions in the recommendation column in the main table of the application form.

b)      For food-related personnel of international organizations and government administration, institutes, and enterprises, please fill in the attendance receipt (attachment 3) and send it to the training affairs group email xdr@ags.ac.cn before October 25th, 2021.

5. Evaluation and Confirmation

Academy of National Food and Strategic Reserves Administration reviews the application forms. After confirming the candidates, the applicants will receive the result via email and an announcement will be posted on the website of Academy of National Food and Strategic Reserves Administration (http://www.ags.ac.cn/).

6. Online training

The relevant training content will be available online for free. The online training is membership-based. Please register and log in by visiting the official website of the Academy of National Food and Strategic Reserves Administration (http://www.ags.ac.cn/) before November 25th, 2021. There is no limit on the number of people online. After registration, students can log in to learn relevant courses at any time from November 25th to December 30th, 2021, and can make online comments or send e-mail to the experts of the corresponding courses online.
